Cody Johnson’s Global Career Streams Increase by One Billion for Second Consecutive Year; Total Global Streams Now Four Billion
The career trajectory of double platinum-selling COJO Music/Warner Music Nashville’s Cody Johnson continues its meteoric climb as he increases his global career streams by One Billion in the first ten months of 2022. This is the second consecutive year he has gained One Billion additional streams, bringing his current career global streams total to Four Billion. This success is no doubt credited to his energetic concerts, his career changing song “’Til You Can’t” and his critically acclaimed Human The Double Album.
In fact, “’Til You Can’t” has just received double-platinum certification from RIAA. This multi-week #1, award-winning single from the Human The Double Album helped Cody pick up a CMT Music Award for Male Video of the Year as well as two of his four nominations at the upcoming CMA Awards, Single of the Year and Video of the Year. The song catapulted his presence in country music this year yielding the additional distinction of being named one of CMT ARTISTS OF THE YEAR. This honor has recognized Cody, along with his peers, by collectively dominating the last 12 months in country music, leading across all CMT platforms, scoring chart-topping albums and singles, and performing music that entertains and inspires millions of fans. Cody has headlined concerts across the U.S. this year with 40 sold-out dates on the books so far.
