Cody Johnson and Carrie Underwood Reach New RIAA Platinum Certification with Two-Week #1 Smash “I’m Gonna Love You”
                    Multi-Platinum selling artist Cody Johnson and 8-time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood have reached new RIAA Platinum status with their two-week #1 duet “I’m Gonna Love You.” Their ‘commanding delivery’ of the song has reached 360 million global streams to date. “I’m Gonna Love You” was written by Chris Stevens, Kelly Archer, and Travis Denning, is included on Cody’s Leather Deluxe Edition album. 
                Cody and Carrie first performed “I’m Gonna Love You” on last year’s 58th Annual CMA Awards. This year they head into the CMA awards with nominations in the Music Event and Video of The Year categories for the song. Watch the video shot by award-winning director Dustin Haney HERE.  
Cody has two additional CMA nominations, Entertainer of the Year, his first-ever with the CMA’s, and Male Vocalist of the Year. The 59th CMA Awards will be broadcast live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena Wednesday, November 19 on ABC and the next day on Hulu.
